SHIPPING POLICY

All our parcels are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the shipment of your package. The maximum weight per order is 10 kg. If the parcel exceeds maximum weight, we will use another carrier

Please note that, for logistical reasons, neither fresh nor frozen produce can be shipped.

Customer is fully accountable for indicating the correct shipping address. Should your shipping address be incorrect, a customer service representative will communicate with you, and shipping fees may be charged. Please acknowledge this also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels.

Shipping charges and shipping time
USA
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and your location. The fee calculator will tell you the price associated with the confirmation of your order. The delivery time in the United States is 3 to 9 working days.

Important : We do not accept returns from the United States.

Perishables
Our policy is to ship products with an expiration date of at least 18 month. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to let you know the expiration date and to know if you still want to receive the product.

Broken or opened items
VieSun ships the items in their condition of purchase and packs them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged or opened item please email-us or call us at 1 (866) 784-9527 (toll free), Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

Lost Packages
Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email-us or call us at 1 (866) 784-9527 (toll free), Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We will then contact Canada Post and sort out the situation with them. Canada Post sets a deadline of 5 business days from the date of inquiry to determine the status of the package.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).
