Papaya Smoothie

Makes 2-3 servings

Ingredients

  • One ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
  • 750 ml (3 cups) apple juice
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) juice of 1 lime
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Viesun™ spirulina powder
  •  1-2 drops of peppermint oil

Direction

Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the black seeds. Peel and discard the skin and cut the flesh into pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in blender until smooth.
A common choice for breakfast or a healthy snack.
