Mango, Chia, Kale and Spirulina Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 2 handful of kale (stems removed)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of Viesun™spirulina powder
- 5 ml (1tsp) chia seeds
Direction
Combine ingredients in blender, add water until desired consistency. Chia seeds will thicken your smoothie.
